Hazelhurst Arts Centre (guided tour) & Lunch at Hazelhurst
The site of Hazelhurst Arts Centre was bequeathed to Sutherland Shire Council in the 1990s by its owners Ben and Hazel Broadhurst, with the instruction that Hazelhurst become a place of culture for the whole community.
In 2000, after extensive community consultation, Hazelhurst opened its doors as a public arts facility and includes two gallery spaces, an arts centre and cafe and has become a popular meeting place for visitors from across Southern Sydney and beyond.
