We provide flexible and responsive community transport to customers who meet the eligibility criteria and live in the Sutherland Shire.

We'll help guide you through the process.
If you would like to use our transport services one of our friendly client services officers will guide you through the assessment process.
During the assessment we are required to ask you a few personal questions to ensure that you meet the guidelines and criteria for service eligibility. The assessment is quick and easy and can be done over the phone. If you are eligible your details will be registered and further information about our services will be provided to you.
My Aged Care.
My Aged Care has been established by the Australian Government to help you navigate the aged care system which is designed to give people more choice, more control and easier access to a full range of aged care services.
My Aged Care is made up of a website and a national contact centre phone number 1800 200 422. Together they can provide you with information on aged care, whether for yourself, a family member, friend or someone you’re caring for. You can request Activus Transport as your preferred transport provider.
